In collaboration with Lorenzo Chiarofonte and Licia Proserpio, we have organized a screening of the documentary “Thabyay: Creative Resistance in Myanmar” at DAMSLab (University of Bologna).
The documentary follows four activists who, in the wake of the 2021 coup, utilize art and creative practices as forms of resistance against the military junta, offering a powerful look at the link between artistic expression and the struggle for democracy.
