The University and Enterprise Integrated Course - PIL was launched in 2011 as an innovative project aimed at facilitating the transition from university career to the world of work. Currently it is offered in the third year of the first-level degree programme in Social and International Political Science (SPOSI). This curriculum aims to offer capable and deserving students the opportunity for high-quality contact with the world of work. The objective is to provide students, through intensive and innovative teaching, with the tools to enhance their internship experience at partner companies. The conclusion of this educational programme enables Alumni to accelerate the process of maturation towards original choices concerning their educational and professional future. PIL Alumni regularly participate in events dedicated to the curriculum (Open day, Welcome day, AperiPIL) and speak within the course unit on Elements of Organisation and Enterprise. Regularly enrolled students have the opportunity to get in touch with Alumni working in their field of interest with a view to mentoring.

The Chapter Leader

Hello, I am Stefano Belletti, Leader of the Department of Political and Social Sciences - SPS - Curriculum PIL Chapter. 

I successfully completed a first-cycle Degree in Political, Social and International Sciences and a second-cycle Master's degree in Politics, Administration and Organisation from the University of Bologna. 

Within our university, I held a post as a tutor for the Political, Social and International Sciences degree programme. 

I was HR Generalist at Hera Group and since 2019 I have been HR Business Partner at Giorgio Armani SpA, in Milan.
